All the content on the site —calculator and guides— is exclusively informational and educational in nature. It does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice, nor a personalised recommendation, nor an offer or marketing of financial products.

• The calculator's results are indicative and depend on the data entered by the user; they do not replace the pre-contractual information (the FEIN, the Spanish binding offer document, and its annexes) that the lender is required to provide.
• The guides state the date of their last editorial and regulatory check and are not updated automatically. Verify the text in force against the official sources before taking any decision.
• This site is not a mortgage credit intermediary and does not provide intermediation services under Law 5/2019 of 15 March on real-estate credit agreements.
